B) Sporting Juniors Training Programme for year 2012

Sporting Juniors have been making progress over the years with the increase in numbers of participants and recruitment of new coaches. We have also improved our coaching syallbus so that your child gets the best training from us. Our trainings are structured, synchronized in all centres and we make sure the kids are coached from Basic skills to advance level in a systematic way. Most importantly, our academy emphasizes on Values, like respecting teammates, the opponent, the coach and parents. And they learn to play Fairly! You will be given a copy of our Annual Training Schedule soon. This way you will know what your kids are learning and what are the upcoming events!

C) FCBarcelona Soccer Camp 2012

Our recent FCBarelona Camp was a huge success with all the 144 places taken up and 90 on the waiting list. Feedback and response from the kids, parents and the FCB coaches were very positive. Many would like to come back again. Our next camp in June will be held in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, 5^th to 9^th June. D) Football carnival 26^th May

Its time for families to get involve as we will have fun soccer events that will include parents and children involved, Free Kick Challenge, 3V3 challenge, Fathers Challenge, and more! Look out on our website for more info.

The camp is going to be organised by Sporting Juniors, a sports company with extensive experience of arranging sports-related programmes for kids & youth. The training sessions will be conducted  by a technical director and coaches from the FCBEscola of FC Barcelona aided by hand-picked local coaches. A total of 144 children and youths will take part in this event.

Floorball is an indoors team sport played with plastic sticks where the aim is to put a light ball into the other team’s objective. The sport is most well-liked in Sweden, Finland and Switzerland, and is also played in quite a few other countries, like Norway and Czech Republic. It is definitely gaining recognition in quite a few other countries at the same time, which includes some countries outside of Europe just like Singapore, Japan and Taiwan.

In German-speaking countries the game is referred to as Unihockey, in Swedish it can be innebandy, and in Finnish salibandy. North American cosom hockey can be a very comparable sport. In Japan and Taiwan the term Unihoc is most generally employed.

Children playing floorball will enjoy a lot of positive aspects:

• Provides excellent cardiovascular conditioning
• No prior experience or training required
• Can be played anywhere
• No special equipment necessary – a stick, ball, T-shirt, shorts and sneakers

Floorball Gameplay

A floorball team consist of five field players and 1 goalkeeper who has no stick. The playing field is 40 x 20 meters and enclosed by a board (50 cm tall). Floorbal Equipment

Floorball players have a stick which can range from 65 to 104 cm long. When buying a brand new floorball stick, the length is very critical. The stick should reach your belly button or just just a little above. If the stick is too short, you’ve got less playing range and it adds strain to your back given that you will be constantly leaning more than. If the stick is too lengthy, your stick handling are going to be slower and you can lose power inside your shots. The ball is produced of plastic, is 72 mm in diameter, has a maximum weight of 23 grams, and has 26 holes in it.
